You planned your wedding on your own, but now need a professional for all the small details, where we work with you and your vendors 60 days prior to ensure your vision comes to life.

We tie up all the details to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, allowing you to truly be present during your celebration.

your vision to life. Our stress free planning experience is specifically created with your
event details in mind.

The Platinum Package
is for clients who truly want to enjoy their engagement, with a planner handling all the details behind the scenes.

THIS PACKAGE Getting ready, ceremony, and reception must be taking place at the same location. Wedding party size no larger than 10 (bridesmaids + groomsman). Venue location within 60-mile roundtrip radius from EV Party Planning headquarters. Event end time must be before midnight.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

Before the big event – There are a lot of things to oversee and questions to be answered on the day of your party. I make sure that everything is done on time, starting with the set-up of all decor. I ensure vendors arrive as scheduled and assure that all previous arrangements are organized according to your wishes.

During the event  I make sure that all elements proceed exactly as planned. I make sure that the guests are happy and enjoying themselves. I also confirm that the correct music is played on cue, that all props, such as cake cutting, are in the proper place, and that everything progresses as scheduled. I also keep the photographer on time and ensure you get all the pictures you want to admire for a lifetime.

After the event – Our team will coordinate rental pick-ups, decor disposal and clean-up. 

$750 and includes up to 10 (ten) hours to oversee all aspects of your event.

TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT

Secure transportation for out of town guests. This includes transportation to/from airport and lodging.

Our stress-free planning experience is specifically created with your event details in mind. The Grand Package is for clients who truly want to enjoy their event, with a planner handling all the details for you.

PLANNING SERVICES:

  • Vendor search, negotiation and coordination (Venue, catering, dessert, photographer, etc.)
  • Event design
  • Vendor payment management
  • Concierge service throughout the event
  • Breakdown and clean up and helps transfer keepsakes
